Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to join our IT team. You will deliver advanced technical support to SMBs, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring client satisfaction across diverse environments.

The role requires strong Windows/Mac proficiency, AD, O365, and virtualization, with experience in RMM and ticketing tools. On-site and remote work possible, with travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in MSP or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Office 365, AD, and virtualization.
• Familiar with RMM and ticketing systems such as NinjaRMM, Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, including installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
• Respond to escalated tickets and minimize client downtime.
• Manage client networks, security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Maintain documentation of client systems and support activities.
• Assist in planning IT projects and mentor Level 1 technicians.
• Provide on-call after-hours and weekend support.
