Job summary

TeamLogic IT in Austin seeks an MSP Level 2 Technician to provide advanced IT support for SMB clients. You’ll handle escalations from Level 1, manage servers, networks, and software, and ensure secure, reliable client environments.

The role involves patch management, backups, monitoring, security operations, and proactive network support. On-call and after-hours work may occur per policy, with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support; MSP experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in IT/CS a plus; certifications such as Network+/Security+, MS 365/MD admin, AZ-104, CCNA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for servers, networks, and software.
• Perform patch management, backups, and monitoring across client environments.
• Use RMM and security tools daily to detect and respond to alerts.
• Maintain client relationships with timely, professional support.
• Document configurations, procedures, and network details accurately.
