Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced technical support for SMB clients. You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage client networks, and coordinate security, backups, and recovery plans.

Frequent collaboration with Level 1 staff and involvement in IT projects are expected. This role offers onsite and remote work flexibility, travel to client sites, and a benefits package including health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in an MSP or similar IT support role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac environments, Office 365, and virtualization.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve escalated tickets.
• Manage client networks including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi.
• Implement and monitor security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Document configurations and support activities for clients.
• Mentor Level 1 Technicians and support project implementations.
• Provide on‑call support including after‑hours and weekends as needed.
