TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced Managed IT Services (MSP) Level 2 Technician to join our IT team. You will provide advanced technical support, manage client networks, and implement security measures for SMB clients. The role includes documenting configurations and supporting IT projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in MSP roles, strong Windows/Mac, Office 365, and network skills, plus customer-service excellence. Compliance with travel and after-hours as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in an MSP or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory.
• Experience with RMM and ticketing systems; customer-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
• Respond to escalated tickets and minimize downtime.
• Manage client networks, firewalls, routers, switches and Wi-Fi.
• Implement security solutions and perform regular audits.
• Ensure data backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems and activities.
• Assist in IT projects and mentor Level 1 technicians.
• Occasional after-hours and travel as needed.
