Zippy is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA across the loan origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage performance, and ensure findings are grounded in policy, procedure, regulatory, or investor requirements.

You will translate QA data into actionable insights for senior leaders and collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Credit Risk, and Technology to strengthen quality while preserving throughput.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive experience in mortgage, consumer lending, or similar financial services.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience with coaching and performance management.
• Experience overseeing pre‑close and post‑close QA reviews is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, regulations, and investor requirements.
• Strong investigative skills and capability to navigate multiple systems.
