Job summary

Zippy is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA programs across the loan origination lifecycle. You will supervise QA analysts, manage workflows, calibrate reviews, and ensure findings align with policy, regulation, and investor requirements.

You will translate findings into practical recommendations to reduce repeat issues, streamline procedures, and strengthen quality while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mortgage, consumer lending, or manufactured housing financing.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end loan origination lifecycle and QA practices.
• Experience overseeing pre-close and post-close quality reviews preferred.
• Strong investigative and research skills across multiple systems.
• Ability to translate QA findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and judgement.
