Zippy is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA programs across the loan origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage performance and capacity, and ensure findings align with policy, procedure, and investor requirements.

You will translate findings into practical recommendations to reduce repeat issues, streamline procedures, and strengthen quality without increasing friction.

Formación

• 7+ years in mortgage or related consumer lending, with housing finance experience.
• 3+ years people-management including coaching and performance.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end loan origination lifecycle.
• Experience overseeing pre-close and post-close QA reviews.
• Ability to interpret policies, regulations, and investor requirements.
• Strong investigative and research skills across multiple systems.
• Proven ability to manage disputes/escalations objectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership.
• Manufactured housing or specialty finance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA team across pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Manage daily queues, assignments, and team capacity.
• Monitor throughput, aging, and service levels; address bottlenecks.
• Conduct calibration sessions and validate QA findings.
• Escalate material risks and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, and Credit Risk.
• Translate QA data into actionable insights for leadership.
