Zippy is a remote-first mortgage lender focused on manufactured housing. We seek a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA programs, coach QA analysts, and drive risk-based improvements across the loan origination lifecycle.

You will coordinate cross-functional QA efforts, ensure policy alignment, and manage performance in a fast-changing environment. As a subject-matter expert in end-to-end origination, you will translate findings into practical improvements, balance

Formación

• 7+ years of mortgage/loan operations/quality assurance experience
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience
• Experience overseeing pre-close and post-close quality reviews is preferred
• Manufactured housing or specialty finance experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA team for pre-close and post-close loan reviews
• Coach, develop, and assess QA analysts; manage performance and capacity
• Oversee QA program integrity; calibrate scoring; ensure evidence-based findings
• Monitor queues, throughput, SLAs, and workload distribution across QA reviews
• Lead cross-functional QA discussions; escalate disputes and ensure timely actions
• Maintain end-to-end origination process expertise and stay current on policy changes
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing QA trends and implementing changes
