Job summary

Hire Latam LLC seeks a Remote Product Specialist to drive outbound business development and manage borrower files from initial contact through closing. You will conduct structured outbound calls to agents, qualify borrowers, collect documentation, and maintain contact through closing with the underwriting team.

The role requires a resilient, consultative, unscripted sales posture, CRM discipline, and full availability during US ET hours.

Qualifications

Outbound phone sales experience building your own pipeline.
Ability to have natural, unscripted sales conversations while guarding compliance.
High stamina to navigate long lead cycles with real estate agents.
Interest in mortgage and alternative lending frameworks.
Excellent logging of activity and document updates in Zoho CRM.
Fluent written and spoken English with real estate loan experience.
Available during US Eastern Time business hours.
Dedicated quiet home office with modern computer setup and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

Lead high-volume outbound calls to real estate agents and referral partners to build a pipeline.
Engage partners with unscripted conversations, explain non-fixed pricing and qualify borrowers.
Coordinate with underwriting to move files from initial contact to closing.
