Job summary

Workoo Technologies is seeking a Lender Placed Specialist (Remote) to manage input, set-up and maintenance of client information for mortgage products. Responsibilities include processing payments, researching exceptions, and communicating with clients and outsourcing centers.

The role is fully remote with EST work hours. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mortgage servicing, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage servicing or related experience in an office setting.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Testing may be required on MS Word, MS Excel, Basic Office skills, and/or alphanumeric data entry (minimum of 5,000 KSPH required).

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client mailboxes within established guidelines and deadlines.
• Research and analyze exception items received through reports and client correspondences.
• Complete refund check research and handle customer service calls from client and outsourcing centers.
• Lead projects by gathering and analyzing data to achieve results.
• Participate in conference calls with the client and internal departments to drive process improvements.
• Identify trends and develop analysis to support operations.
• Apply intermediate to advanced skills to procedures, processes and techniques.
