Job summary

Hire Latam LLC is seeking a proactive Closing Manager to lead the Transactions Department and ensure accurate, compliant real estate closings while coordinating with title, escrow, and accounting teams. The role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and supervises Closing Coordinators and Transaction Assistants.

The position is full-time, remote from Latin America, operating during U.S. business hours, with software automation and process improvements at the core of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate closing management, transaction coordination, escrow administration, or homebuilder sales operations.
• Solid understanding of real estate filing requirements, title/escrow processes, settlement statements, and state compliance.
• Highly tech-savvy with experience operating real estate enterprise software (e.g., Mark Systems) and advanced spreadsheets.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage transaction assistants and closing coordinators in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills to collaborate with executives, title officers, sales teams, and legal entities.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of resolving transactional roadblocks, auditing figures, and multitasking.
• Full availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. business hours.
• Dedicated quiet home office, personal computer, headset, and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Closing Coordinators and Transaction Assistants, ensuring accuracy and workflow.
• Collects, reviews, and audits all transactional documentation for every sale for completeness and compliance.
• Audits, closes out, and balances transaction files, reviewing Final Settlement Statements for accuracy.
• Coordinates with title and escrow companies on closing dates and documents.
• Manages file archival processes and maintains organized real estate records.
