Job summary

Annonymous is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to manage the end-to-end loan process remotely. You will consult with borrowers, explain mortgage products, collect and review documents, and coordinate with underwriting and processing teams to close loans.

Ideal candidates have residential lending experience, NMLS licensing, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with loan origination systems. This is a full-time remote role with regulatory compliance at the forefront of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience as a residential mortgage loan officer with pipeline management.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulations.
• Experience with loan origination, documentation review and compliance.
• Familiarity with underwriting criteria for loan approvals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with mortgage origination systems and standard software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensing: NMLS registration or state mortgage originator licenses.
• Prior experience in residential lending preferred.

Responsibilities
