Novus Home Mortgage is seeking an experienced Loan Partner/Pre-Approval Specialist to support borrowers, referral partners, and our internal team from pre-qualification through closing. Remote applicants are welcome, with Florida candidates encouraged to work in the office.

This role moves files, communicates clearly, and keeps pipelines on track, not just admin. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable collaborating with a fast-moving mortgage team.

Formación

• Experience supporting borrowers, referral partners, and internal teams through pre-qualification to closing.
• Strong organizational skills with proactive, clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple files and maintain data accuracy.
