Lateam Partners is seeking a Senior Sales Closer for a fully remote role (Latin America) to convert warm inbound leads into funded financing deals. The candidate will discuss business goals, recommend appropriate financing products, and guide clients from first contact to funded closure, working with the CEO and operations teams.
Requirements include 5+ years in lending or finance, a proven phone-closing record, and strong English (bilingual) proficiency.
Qualificações
- 5+ years in the lending/financial industry
- Proven track record of closing deals over the phone
- Experience working warm, inbound leads
- Strong objection handling and confidence in commercial conversations
- CRM experience
- Advanced/bilingual English, spoken and written
Responsabilidades
- Run consultative calls with business owners to understand their capital needs and goals
- Explain financing products clearly and recommend the best option for each client
- Handle questions and objections throughout the process
- Follow up on every opportunity through to close
- Coordinate with the advisory and operations teams
- Manage your own pipeline and keep the CRM up to date
