Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to build and manage a remote, P&L driven business under our umbrella. You will develop strong referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, and you can add teammates or operate solo with uncapped commissions.

We license in 28 states and provide administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate. Take ownership, drive growth, and help diverse borrowers secure loans with our wide product

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Manage your mortgage book remotely under Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC with uncapped commissions.
• Meet or exceed monthly loan-production targets while maintaining compliance and quality.
