Licensed in 28 states and expanding, you may operate remotely as an individual LO or build a small team. Corporate provides admin, operations and compliance support to help you scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Act as an independent LO or add LO's to your team.
• Sell loan products to a broad borrower base across states.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
