Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is offering an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own business remotely under our umbrella.

You’ll build and maintain referral networks with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners, aiming to close 3–5 loan units per month. Take advantage of uncapped commissions and a scalable platform await, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate to help you focus on growth and client service.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners.
• Close 3–5 loan units per month.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate loan records.
