Licensed in 28 states and growing, we expect proven experience in building referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, plus a strong track record of closing multiple

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry practices.
• Proven ability to build and maintain referral partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Grow and lead a team of loan officers or operate as an individual LO.
• Develop and maintain a robust referral network with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
