Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers who want to run their own business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. This opportunity offers uncapped commissions and loan products for all borrower types, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

If you have a proven track record in developing referral partner relationships, maintain a client database, and close 3–5 units per month, this could be your path to growth.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• Close 3–5 mortgage units per month; manage pipeline and client communication.
