Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own business remotely under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. This is a P&L based, commission-driven opportunity with uncapped earnings and loan products for all borrower types.

Licensed in 28 states and growing, you’ll receive administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate while you build and manage referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs and Financial Planners.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain referral networks with realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Track record of managing client databases for repeat business.
• Sales-driven with a target achievement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture referral partnerships to generate business.
• Build and manage your own loan pipeline and client base.
• Close 3–5 units per month and ensure regulatory compliance.
