Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking ambitious Loan Officers to build their own business under our umbrella, remotely and on a P&L basis. This role offers uncapped commissions, access to diversified loan products, and full administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate.

Licensure in the U.S. and the ability to grow a referral network are essential, with state expansion supported as we scale.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop referral partner relationships with real estate pros, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Maintain a client database for proactive marketing and repeat business.
• Track record of closing 3–5 mortgage units per month.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and partners.
• Analytical mindset to assess financial information and loan options.
• Sales-oriented with a commitment to meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Proficient in relevant LO tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Benefit from uncapped commissions and a broad product suite.
• Source and manage borrowers across loan types with diverse scenarios.
• Expand your team by adding additional LOs or operate as an individual LO.
• Receive administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate.
