Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking a self-directed Loan Officer to build and run a mortgage practice remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. You will leverage relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners to close loans across multiple states.

Licensed in 28 states, you will operate with uncapped commissions and receive administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate. Maintain a robust pipeline and drive growth while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized; proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your mortgage loan business remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Enjoy uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types.
• Add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual loan officer.
• Administrative, operational, and compliance support provided by Corporate.
