Licensed in 28 states and expanding, you can add or operate as an individual LO while building partnerships with Realtors and financial professionals.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Manage and grow a loan pipeline across supported states.
• Operate your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Coordinate with Corporate for administrative, operational, and compliance support.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
