Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners.
• Run your loan origination business remotely under Caliver Beach Mortgage’s umbrella.
• Aim to close 3–5 units per month or higher through your network.
• Utilize administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
• Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with lending regulations.
