Candidates with a proven track record in building referral networks and closing 3–5 units per month will thrive. You may add LO teammates or operate independently while licensed in 28 states and growing.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent LO under Caliver Beach Mortgage on a P&L basis.
• Develop and manage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Close mortgage loans for all borrower types.
• Grow your own team if desired, or act as an individual LO.
