Responsabilités

• Own client relationships and manage accounts to close sales and drive satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities and grow revenue.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to stay competitive.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs aligning with customer needs and capabilities.
• Resolve customer disputes and handle billing or installation issues as needed.
