Job summary

Hubexo is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for North America. This remote role targets construction technology customers, with responsibility for prospecting, demos, and closing deals across a defined territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build a healthy pipeline, and collaborate across teams to deliver value-driven solutions. OTE is $120,000, with commission accelerators and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction tech, data or insights helps.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, video and email.
• Comfortable running demos and handling questions from prospects.
• Disciplined, motivated with a busy pipeline.
• Tenacious in prospecting and follow-up.
• Strong negotiation skills to move opportunities.
• Curious, commercially aware and customer-focused.
• Desire to grow within a sales organization and toward senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within assigned territory to identify high-value targets.
• Run regular product demos and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline via consistent outbound activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Measure results and improve activity and outcomes.
• Attend industry events and company meetings as required.
