Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive for North America. This remote role supports candidates in eligible U.S. states and offers an OTE of $120,000 with base salary plus commission accelerators. You will prospect, run demos, and close deals across a growing construction technology market. Travel to events and meetings is part of the role.

You will join a sales-focused team, using a modern tech stack, with coaching and paths to senior roles as you build pipeline and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience with SaaS or construction tech a plus.
• Clear communication by phone, video and email.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory and identify high-value targets.
• Run regular product demos and manage outbound activity.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Close deals and exceed quota.
