Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive for North America. This remote role covers the United States with eligible states including ME. The position offers a base salary plus commission accelerators and an OTE of $120,000, with potential to exceed target earnings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS/construction technology/data/insights/software or SDR-to-AE model is helpful.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, video and email.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within assigned territory to identify high-value targets.
• Use the sales tech stack to support daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate new opportunities through outbound activity.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with regular follow-up.
• Run regular product demos (10+ per week).
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through sales stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-led solutions.
• Measure results with manager to improve performance and outcomes.
• Close deals consistently and aim to exceed quota.
• Attend industry events and company meetings as required.
