Job summary

Hubexo is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for North America. This remote role focuses on building pipeline, running demos, and closing deals in the construction technology market. You’ll prospect, manage a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

You’ll work with a modern sales tech stack, require 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales, and can earn an OTE of $120,000 with accelerators. Some travel is required for events and meetings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS/construction tech/data insights is helpful.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, video and email.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within your territory to identify high-value targets.
• Run regular product demos and move opportunities through sales stages.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Use our sales tech stack for outbound activity and outreach.
• Close deals and work to meet or exceed quota.
• Attend industry events and company meetings as required.
