Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business growth in North America. This remote role targets construction technology customers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and delivering value-led demos.

You will build a strong pipeline through outbound activities, engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and collaborate with teams to tailor solutions that address customer problems. OTE $120,000 and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights, software or an SDR-to-AE sales model would be helpful.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, video and email.
• Disciplined, motivated and able to manage a busy pipeline.
• Curious, commercially aware and able to solve problems with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory and identify high-value targets.
• Run regular demos and progress opportunities through the sales process.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-led solutions.
