Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business in the construction technology market from a remote US location. You will manage the full sales cycle, prospect within your territory, run demos, build a strong pipeline and close deals that deliver value for customers.

The role offers an OTE of $120,000 with commission accelerators, a modern sales stack, coaching, and a clear path to more senior roles as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data or software is helpful.
• Strong communication via phone, video and email.
• Comfortable running demos and presenting value.
• Able to manage a busy pipeline and be disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value targets within territory and research them.
• Use our sales tech stack to support cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound activity.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up regularly.
• Run regular product demos (10+ per week).
• Qualify opportunities and advance deals through sales stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Measure results and work with manager to improve performance.
• Learn and apply best practices to strengthen prospecting, discovery, demos and closing.
• Close deals consistently and meet or exceed quota.
• Attend industry events and meetings as required.
