Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business in North America from a remote location. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect high-value targets, demonstrate value, and move opportunities through the pipeline to close deals.

You will leverage a modern sales tech stack, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet an OTE of $120,000 with accelerators. This role offers a clear path to more senior sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction tech, data or software is helpful.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, video and email.
• Comfortable running product demos and presenting value.
• Disciplined, motivated with a busy pipeline.
• Tenacious prospecting with steady follow-up.
• Strong negotiation skills to move opportunities quickly.
• Curious, commercially aware and able to solve customer problems.
• Empathy and a positive attitude to build trust quickly.
• Desire to grow within a sales organization and progress to senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory to identify high-value targets.
• Use a modern sales stack to support cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate new opportunities through outbound activity.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of warm leads and follow up regularly.
• Run regular product demos, with 10+ demos per week expected.
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Measure results with your manager to improve performance and outcomes.
• Learn and apply best practices for prospecting, discovery, demos and closing.
• Close deals consistently and pursue quota attainment.
