Job summary

Hubexo North America is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for the construction technology market. This quota-carrying, remote role targets eligible U.S. states and emphasizes prospecting, demos and closing deals.

You will use a modern sales stack, build a healthy pipeline and collaborate with teams to deliver value-led solutions. OTE is $120,000 with opportunities to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights or software would be helpful.
• Strong communication via phone, video and email.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory to identify high-value targets.
• Conduct daily cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate new opportunities through outbound activity.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with regular follow-up.
• Run product demos (10+ per week).
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through sales stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Measure results with your manager to improve performance.
• Apply best practices to prospecting, discovery, demos and closing.
• Close deals and strive to exceed quota.
