Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth across the mid-market and SMB segments, selling our software and hardware to hospitality operators. You’ll collaborate with sales engineering, solution architects, marketing, and service teams to convert opportunities into long-term wins.

You’ll travel up to 50% and leverage Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to manage pipelines, build executive relationships, and deliver polished marketing and sales materials

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional sales experience in SaaS or Hardware industry.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or QSR software or technology is a must, if that experience also includes loyalty, marketing, or adjacent customer engagement platforms, that's a major plus.
• A track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and growth.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by targeting opportunities within your assigned territory, driving consistent sales growth.
• Promote and sell PAR's unified commerce solutions, positioning them against the competition based on each customer's real needs and value.
• Run compelling product demonstrations that show prospects exactly how PAR can transform their business.
• Partner with marketing to build regional sales and marketing campaigns that keep your pipeline full.
• Own your sales and product forecasts with accuracy and discipline.
