Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business across the construction technology market. Manage the full sales cycle, prospect new targets, run product demos, and advance opportunities through the pipeline in a quota-carrying role.

This remote US role offers an OTE of $120,000 with accelerators to exceed targets, and access to a modern sales tech stack, coaching, and clear career progression within a growing team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights or software is helpful.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, video and email.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory to identify high-value targets.
• Use modern sales tech stack to support daily outreach and pipeline management.
• Generate new sales opportunities through consistent outbound activity.
• Run regular product demos and move deals through the sales process.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and timing.
