Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business across the construction technology market. This quota-carrying role is remote in the United States with eligibility across multiple states and an OTE of $120,000.

You will prospect, run demos, progress opportunities and close deals using a modern sales tech stack, with coaching and clear performance expectations.

Travel is required for industry events and company meetings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS or construction technology is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, video, and email.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory to identify high-value targets.
• Conduct regular product demos (10+ per week).
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Move opportunities through each stage of the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Close deals and exceed quotas.
