Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business across the North America construction technology market. This quota-carrying role focuses on prospecting, running demos and progressing opportunities from outbound outreach through closing, within a remote US-based capacity.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline and collaborate with teams to convert customer problems into valuable solutions, with coaching to improve performance and growth potential

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data or software is helpful.
• Clear verbal and written communication across phone, video and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle across assigned territory.
• Prospect high-value targets and create new opportunities.
• Conduct regular product demos and advance opportunities through the pipeline.
• Engage in outbound activity via cold calls, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
