Repligen Corporation is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive sales of Process Analytics Products across the Northeast US and Eastern Canada. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and executing strategic sales plans to exceed targets.

You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical support while leveraging CRM systems and BI tools to forecast and optimize performance. A STEM background and 7+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing or biotech industries.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans and meet targets.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building across key accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within mid-Atlantic and adjacent regions.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and business development for Process Analytics Products in Northeast and Eastern Canada.
• Build and maintain relationships with biopharma, research institutions, and CMOs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
• Produce regular sales forecasts and reports using CRM and BI tools.
