Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience in the bioprocessing or biotechnology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the bioprocessing and biotechnology industries, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Sales Acumen: proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Customer Focus: strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and business development for Process Analytics Products; develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including biopharmaceuticals, research institutions, and contract manufacturers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in bioprocessing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on analytical technologies and bioprocessing advancements.
• Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Manage CRM database (Salesforce) and reporting systems (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Travel extensively within the Mid-Atlantic Region to meet customers and attend industry events.
