Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive sales of Process Analytics products across the Mid-Atlantic region in the United States, with responsibility for building key accounts and executing strategic sales plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer success and business growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing or related field and 7+ years in bioprocessing sales, with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing or biotechnology, focusing on Process Analytics and PAT.
• Strong knowledge of bioprocessing industry trends, challenges and opportunities.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and develop effective sales strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Process Analytics Products in the Mid-Atlantic region and Northeast/Eastern Canada territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including biopharmaceuticals, research institutions and contract manufacturers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and counter competitive moves.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service, field application specialists and support teams to execute strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training on analytical technologies and bioprocessing advancements.
