Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist focused on Process Analytics for the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead sales initiatives, cultivate key accounts in bioprocessing, and work cross-functionally to translate technical insights into customer value.

The role requires 7+ years in bioprocessing/biotech sales, strong relationship-building, and a track record of achieving targets. Occasional travel to industry events and customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing/biotech with focus on Process Analytics/PAT.
• In-depth knowledge of bioprocessing and biotech industries and trends.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing sales strategies.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Process Analytics Products in the Mid-Atlantic/NE region.
• Build and maintain relationships with biopharma, research institutions, and CRO/CDMOs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service, and field specialists.
• Participate in ongoing training on analytical tech and bioprocessing advancements.
• Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Maintain CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) with accurate data.
