Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive Process Analytics sales in the Mid-Atlantic US. You will build strategic accounts, develop plans, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to win opportunities.

The role requires 7+ years of bioprocessing sales experience, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Willingness to travel across the Mid-Atlantic region is essential, with a base salary range of $137,000–$195,500

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing or biotechnology, focusing on Process Analytics and PAT.
• In-depth knowledge of bioprocessing/biotech industries, trends, challenges, opportunities.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and developing/execuiting sales strategies.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term key account relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present technical info to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Drive sales for Process Analytics Products in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in biopharma and biotech.
• Market Analysis: Identify opportunities and trends in bioprocessing; monitor competitors.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, customer service, and technical teams.
• Training and Development: Stay updated on analytics technologies and bioprocessing.
• Reporting: Produce sales reports and forecasts for management.
