Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator for a fully remote role based in the United States with East Coast hours. You will support the Microsoft 365 environment, automate tasks with scripts, and help ensure reliable, secure services for diverse users.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate with IT teams to advance the Red Cross mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in IT administration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot user issues and meet SLAs with effective incident handling.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and monitor security, health, and usage.
