Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This remote role requires East Coast hours and strong problem-solving, with responsibility for administration, troubleshooting, and automation across the Microsoft 365 stack.

You will manage Azure AD identities, build PowerShell scripts, monitor security, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support the Red Cross mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and meet SLAs.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks and reporting.
• Monitor security, compliance, and service health; document changes and configurations.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support projects and operations.
