Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail‑oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator for a fully remote role, ideally aligned to East Coast hours. You will support reliability, security, and effectiveness of Microsoft 365 services while delivering end‑user support and documenting processes.

We value strong problem‑solving, collaboration with IT teams, and ongoing improvement of automation and reporting using PowerShell, Graph APIs, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in IT/Systems administration or support.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse user bases.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues within SLAs.
• Develop automation via PowerShell scripts to streamline administration and reporting.
