Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and meet SLAs.
• Develop automation using PowerShell to streamline administration.
• Monitor security, compliance, and reporting across M365.
• Document processes, provide user training, and collaborate with IT teams.
