Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This is a fully remote role; candidates can be based anywhere in the United States but must align with East Coast hours.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and extensive Microsoft 365 experience. You will administer and monitor the 365 environment, develop automation with PowerShell, and produce reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in IT or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot issues for end users and maintain SLAs with timely resolutions.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline admin tasks and reporting.
• Manage security, compliance, and access within Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Create technical documentation, dashboards, and user enablement materials.
