Job summary

The ideal candidate will administer and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related workloads, while delivering end-user support, monitoring, and process improvements to ensure high availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues for end users while meeting SLAs.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for administration and reporting.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends across Microsoft 365.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support projects and operational needs.
