The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States but requires East Coast hours and strong problem-solving skills.

You will administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, provide end-user support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, reliability, and efficiency across services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work on a team.

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues while meeting SLAs.
• Document incidents, service requests, and changes in the Service Management system.
• Develop automation and PowerShell scripts to streamline admin tasks.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support the Red Cross mission.
